Well, these aren’t really frequently asked questions, but we think you might want to ask them…

• Why do a lot of your posts revolve around bodyboarding? Surfing is much cooler.

  Well, we are bodyboarders. That’s the short answer.
  Here’s the longer answer:
  This site is about surf travel (travelling for the purpose of finding and riding waves) and surf destinations. It’s not about what you use to ride waves. The whole surfing vs bodyboarding things is really tired and overdone – get over it! They are two different ways to do the same thing with two different results. Chocolate or strawberry? Who cares?
  Mike Stewart is regarded by Surfer Magazine as one of the top 50 most influential surfers of all time – and he’s a bodyboarder.
  We have some really good friends who are stand-ups and who really rip. We think surfing is cool too so don’t stress too much!
  We are passionate about waves, travelling and film! The rest is secondary.

• What is the next location you are going to?

  We don’t know. We work full time jobs – like most surfers and bodyboarders in the world and we fund our own trips so we go when we have enough money. We also go to places we have been invited to because we love to meet people where we go and because it saves us money on accommodation. • Can you come and film in my town?

  Send us an invite through our contact form and we’ll get in touch! We’re amped to go anywhere that has waves and good people.But, like we’ve said – we work regular jobs so it’s all about timing and money.

• Where are you guys from?

  We are from South Africa – from a small town called East London.

• Can you please tell me where (?) spot is?

  We love to know where good spots are as much as the next guy, but if we have kept the location of a spot quiet there is a reason for it. We respect the people who live and surf day in and day at at the spots we go to and if they have asked us not to divulge where their spots are then we oblige. This site is meant to encourage you to get out and find the waves you want to surf and put some effort in – and if you aren’t doing that then you’ve missed the point.

• What are the top locations you want to go to?

  That’s a tough one, but here’s a list (in no particular order) of some of the places we hope to go to:
